Thanks so much! You really are so sweet. I appreciate you taking the time to look through the rest of the gallery to see what else there was, that was very nice of you.
I understand what you're talking about with the "between the trees" shots. Sunset provides some awesome stuff, but it's a mixed blessing, because the light is changing SOOO much all the time! I kept forgetting to anticpate that and so lost a few shots by not changing my ISO and/or shutter speed. *sigh* I'll probably do something like that again, but I'll remember this time to twiddle with the camera every few minutes in order to capture the best lighting. :-) Plus I'll probably bring a reflector with me next time, that would have helped a LOT in this situation.
Thanks again for all your feedback, it was great to hear from you and I liked what you had to say, it gave me some things to think about for my next shoot and I always like to know what I can do to improve.
Oh, and for the record, I liked the "fun, natural" feel of this shoot as well. :-) Those two were a blast to work with, and they came up with some good ideas themselves. That's what I LOVE about my job, I like creating a mood and capturing the natural chemistry of a couple, and I was particularly proud of this one, because both of them were so easy around a camera. There was no stiffness that I had to try and break through, so we were able to do so much more. I'm glad you saw that, too, because that's what I personally loved about it.
Okay, and because I've rambled on quite long enough *wink* I'll say that this is a very cute shot of this bride. I love the way you captured the various textures here, it gives it life. Nice even lighting, her smile is dazzling, and she has this great look in her eyes that is so inviting to her new husband. This is actually my favorite of the wedding shots here.
